Julie Hamos "begged Blagojevich for jobs"

Do we really want to elect an Illinois Combine political insider to congress in the Tenth District? The Chicago Sun Times investigated Julie Hamos and the state legislature and found that "Early in Rod Blagojevich's time as governor, dozens of the Illinois state legislators who eventually would vote to boot him from office came to Blagojevich asking him to reward their political supporters with state jobs and other favors...."

According to the Sun Times, Julie Hamos asked Gov. Blagojevich for and received two jobs/raises for her political supporters. We all know that Blagojevich didn't give anything away for free.  What kind of backroom deal did they cut? What did Julie Hamos provide Blagojevich in return?

Yet another reason Julie Hamos should NOT be elected to the U.S. Congress.
