Julie wants to raise our taxes

Just when we see some signs of the economy being lifted out of the Great Recession, Julie lets us know that she thinks it is too early to decide whether or not to raise taxes and that she "is a policy maker who is not afraid of increasing taxes". This is what she tells the Chicago Tribune Editorial Board on Friday, December 4th, 2009.
